What we collect

When you send a quote request we collect the name, email address, and job description you type in, plus your phone number and company name if you choose to give them. If you attach print files, we receive those files.

We do not collect anything else. There is no account to create, no newsletter sign-up, and no form on this site other than the quote request.

What we do with it

We use it to answer your request and to print your job. Your details are emailed to the shop and stored so we can find the request again.

We do not sell your information, rent it, or share it for advertising. We do not send marketing email.

Your print files

Uploaded files go from your browser straight into private storage. They are not published, not linked from anywhere public, and not indexed by search engines.

The shop opens a file through a link that expires within minutes, and the file itself stays private. We treat your artwork as yours.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and carries no advertising or social-media tracking pixels. Nothing here follows you to another website.

The map on our Contact and About Us pages is loaded from Google, and only after you click to load it. Until you do, Google is not contacted at all. Once loaded, Google may set its own cookies, under Google’s privacy policy rather than ours.

Anti-spam

To stop the quote form being flooded, we count how many requests come from a connection in an hour. Your IP address is scrambled with a secret key before it is written down, so the record cannot be turned back into your address.

Who else can see it

The site runs on Vercel, the database is Neon, and quote notifications are sent through Resend. Each of them handles the data only to run the site for us.

We will hand over information if the law actually requires it, and not otherwise.

How long we keep it

Quote requests and their files are kept while the job is live and for our own records afterwards. We do not delete them on a fixed schedule.

If you would like your request and files removed, ask us and we will delete them.

Children

This site is for people doing business with a print shop. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

If we change how any of this works, we will change this page at the same time. The date below is when it was last edited.
